KATHALEEN PAXTON, Deceased PETITION TO FIX ADDITIONAL SECURITY UNDER SECTION 541 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949 To the Honorable P. V. Marino, President Judge of said Court: The Petition of Clement T. Hoade, Administrator, C.T.A., of the above entitled estate, respectfully represents: 1. That Kathaleen Paxton, a widow, a resident of the Borough of North Charleroi, Washington County, Pennsylvania, died on February 3, 1968, leaving her Last Will and Testament dated March 31, 1951, duly probated on February 27, 1968, and Letters of Administration, C.T.A., granted to your petitioner on February 27, 1968. 2. That your petitioner has ·filed his bond in the amount of $2,000.00 with the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company as surety thereon. 3. That the said decedent died possessed of the following personal property: Savings Account, Charleroi Federal Savings and Loan Association -$290.60; cash on person -$100.00; Western Pennsylvania National Bank, checking account -$631.21; and she I was seized of Lot No. 8 in the John Conrad Plan of Lots in the ' Borough of North Charleroi, Washington County, Pennsylvania, havin a value of $9,000.00. 4. That the real estate of the decedent is d~scribed as follows: ALL that certain lot or piece ,of ground situate in the Borough of North Charleroi, Washington County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 8 in the John Conrad Plan of Lots, described as follows: BEGINNING on the Western side of Pennsylvania Avenue or public road, at a point 420 feet from the corner of Pennsylyania Avenue and Main Street, or public road; thence, along Pennsylvania Avenue, North 5° West, 45.5 feet to a post; thence, by the same, North 56° 15' West, 167.8 feet to Oliver Street; thence, South 74° 55' West, 18.4 feet to Sampson Alley; thence, up Sampson Alley, South 5° East, 142.4 feet to Lot No. 7; thence, North 85° East, 150 feet to the place of beginning; containing 14,938 square feet; and upon which are erected two dwelling houses. BEING the same which Lizzie M. Paxton and Kathaleen Paxton, his wife; and the said Willis R. Paxton, having died on June 30, 1960, title thereto devolved upon his wife, Kathaleen Paxton, by right of survivorship. The Life Tenant, Lizzie M. Paxton, died on December 9, 1955. One of the houses erected on said premises is occupied by a tenant at the monthly rental of $30.00 per month. The County tax assessment for the year of 1968 is in the amount of $4085.00. A copy of that assessment is hereto attached and marked Exhibit "A." 5. That the will of the decedent, a copy of which is hereto attached and marked Exhibit "B," after providing for a specific legacy of a diamond ring unto her niece, A~nes Pennington, dev~sed all her real estate unto her husbandj Willis R.
