-'AND NOW, thisJod:day of July , 1968, comes ROBERT C.
GORDON and prays your Honorable Court as follows:
1. He is the Administrator of the Estate of Grover C. Farmer,
deceased, and was granted Letters of Administration by the Register of Wills
of Washington County, Pennsylvania, on February 27, 1968.
2. The said Grover C. Farmer died on February 11, 1968, a resi
dent of South Strabane Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
3. The entire estate of Grover C. Farmer consisted of an account
in the First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Washington, Pennsylvania
numbered I-0-180 14. (This account is pledged to secure payment of the mort
gage owed by Thomas F. Devenney, Jr., et ux., to First Federal Savings &
Loan Association of Washington, Pennsylvania, in the amount of $6027.48.)
4. The only known relative of Grover C. Farmer is a nephew;
Leona.rd Farmer,. His last known address was New Littletown, Ohio. All
attempts to locate this man have failed.
5. The following is a list of unpaid creditors:
Robert C. Gordon-funeral expenses owed $1198.,00 '
Patrono, Geisler and Edwards -for adminis-
tration expenses-62.25
Patrono, Geisler and Edwards-Counsel fees-135.00
Robert C. Gordon -Fiduciary commission -53.75
6. There was no spouse surviving nor is there anyone entitled to
claim family exemption.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays your Honorable Court, to
decree distribution of the assets of the estate in accordance with the
relevant Act of Assembly.

AND NOW, this l "3~ day of ~* , 1968, the foregoing
petition having been presented on consideration thereof, it is the finding of the
Court that:
a) Adequate notice has been given by the advertisement of the
appointment of the personal representative and additional notice will serve
no useful purpose.
b) The estate is ins.olvent, it is therefore, on motion .of
Robert D. Beck, Esq., ORDERED and DECREED that:
1. This estate will be administered as a small estate pursuant to
the provisions of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949, 20 P.S. Sec.
320 ,. 202, as amended by Act of 1965, P. L. 1201, without further notice.
2. The personal representative is not required to pay any inheri-
tance tax.
3. The personal representative will pay the cost required by law
and also counsel fees in the amount of $135.00 .
4. Robert C. Gordon, Administrator, shall file receipts for
the said costs and counsel fees in the record of this estate.
5,. After such receipt has been filed of record, Robert C"' Gordon
shall present proof of such filing to the First Federal Savings & Loan
Association of Washington,. Pennsylvania.
6. Upon receipt of the proof of filing by the First Federal Savings
& Loan Association of Washington, Pennsylvania, its account numbered
I-0-180 14 shall become and be the property of Robert c. Gordon on account
of his bill for mortician services. and the said First Federal Savings .& Loan
Association of Washington shall transfer and set over said account to Robert
C. Gordon to be and remain his property, subject to the lien of the First
Federal Savings & Loan Association of Washington, Pennsylvania, to secure
payment of a mortgage paid by it to Thomas F. Devenn:n~, Jr., and his wife,
Betty J. Devenney.

of the savings account numbered 1-0-18014 in the name of Grover
c. Farmer, which account was pledged to secure payment of the
mortgage owned by Thomas F. Devenney, Jr., et ux.,to First Federal
savings and Loan Association of Washington, Pennsylvania down to
the principal balance of $5,625.00.
The undersigned does hereby agree to the transfer of said
account to Robert c. Gordon as a creditor of.the Estate of Grover
c. Farmer. 'Provided, however, that the Orphans' Court makes an
order directing the transfer of the said account to the said
Robert c. Gordon.
