PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
AND ORDER THEREON
TO THE HONORABLE P. V. MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The petition of LEAH E. FULLER respectfully represents:
1. That the said WILLIAM LEWIS FULLER died September
16, 1967 in the Borough of Midway, Washington County, Pennsylvania
testate.
2. The decedent, WILLIAM LEWIS FULLER, was a widower
at the time of his death, his heirs and legatees as named in said
Will were his son, LEWIS S. FULLER and his daughter, HAZEL EMILY
CARL, and your petitioner, his daughter, LEAH E. FULLER, all of
whom are of full legal age and sui juris.
3. Your petitioner, LEAH E. FULLER, resided with her
father and was a member of same household as the decedent at the
time of his death.
4. At the time of his death, decedent's assets
consisted of a one-half interest in and to a certain Ford Falcon
automobile, titled March 28, 1961, Manufacturer's Number 1HllU1256
Pennsylvania Title Number Dl43585777, titled under the names of

W. L. Fuller and Leah E. Fuller, the complete appraisal of said
car being $150.00, as per an appraisal by a reputable Ford car
dealer in the Borough of McDonald, Washington County, Pennsylvania
decedent's assets also consisted of an insurance policy in the
Aetna Life Insurance Company of $500.00, payable to the Estate

of said decedent, and a balance in the amount of $23.57, owing
the said Estate by the Bankers Trust Company, New York City, New
York, as the then current balance due on said decedent's annuity.
5. The original of decedents Will, which it is not
contemplated will be necessary to be probated, is attached hereto
and made a part hereof. All of the decedent's bills and other
expenses have been fully paid by funds from other sources.
6. Your petitioner has been advised that she is
entitled, as the only member of the family that was a member of
the same household as the decedent, to a family exemption up to
$1,000.00.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to award to her the full title to the Ford Falcon sedan automobile
of which decedent's interest is $75.00, the $500.00 due on the
policy of the Aetna Life Insurance Company and the $23.57 due from
the Bankers Trust Company to your petitioner, LEAH E. FULLER.
AND SHE WILL EVER PRAY, ETC.

I, WILLIAM LEWIS FULLER, of the Borough of Midway,

,. Washington County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing.mind
and memory, hereby revoking any and all wills by me at any time
previously made, do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament, in
manner .and form following:
FIRST: I direct my Executors, hereinafter named, to pay
and satisfy all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as is conveniently possible.
SECOND: I give, devise, and bequeath the real estate which . .......
I purchased from Dr. A. M. Williams on which is erected a one-story
frame house numbered 308 Dickson Street, Midway, Pennsylvania, to my
daughter, Leah Ellen Fuller, her heirs and assigns.
THIRD: All the rest and residue of my Estate, both real and
personal, and wheresoever situate at the time of my decease, I give,
devise; and bequeath in equal shares to my two other children,
Hazel Emily Carl and Lewis Stewart Fuller, share and share alike,
their heirs and assigns.
LASTLY: I do hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint my
son Lewis Stewart Fuller, and my daughter, Hazel Emily Carl, as
Executors of this my Last Will and Testament, and direct that they
shall not be required to file any bond in connection with the ·.settle-
ment of my Estate.
IN tHTNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal thi
6th day of October, 1958.

of us, who, at his.request, in his:presence and in the presence of
each other, have hereunto set our names as witnesses thereto.

CODICIL
I, WILLIAM LEWIS FULLER, of the Borough of Midway, Washington
County, Pennsylvania, having made my Last Will and Testament dated
October 6, 1958, do hereby make, pub+ish and declare this to be a
Codicil to my said Last Will and Testament:
FIRST: 1 hereby revoke Article Third of my said Last Will and
Testament and substitute the following:
"THIRD: All the rest and residue of my estate both real and
personal and wheresoever situate at the time of my decease, I give,
devise and bequeath in equal shares to my children, HAZEL EMILY CARL,
LEWIS STEWART FULLER and LEAH ELLEN FULLER, share and share alike,
their heirs and assigns."
SECOND: Whereas in my said Last Will and Testament I appointed
my son, LEWIS STEWART FULLER and my daughter, HAZEL EMILY CARL, as
Executors thereunder and whereas my said daughter, HAZEL EMILY CARL,
has since changed her residence from the State of Pennsylvania and is
no longer eligible to settle the estate without first filing bond, I
do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, LEWIS STEWART
FULLER and my daughter, LEAH ELLEN FULLER, as Executors of this my
Last Will and Testament.
THIRD: I hereby ratify and confirm my said Last ~Vill and Testa-
ment except in so far as any part thereof is revoked or modified by
this Codicil.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, WILLIAN LEWIS FULLER, have to this a Codi
cil to my Last Will and Testament dated October 6, 1958, subscribed

AND NOW, this ..{.3 day of February, 1968, the within
Petition presented in open Court and on motion of JOSEPH c.
RALSTON, ESQ., attorney for petitioner, the same is ordered filed;
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Bureau of Motor Vehicles is
hereby directed to issue Certificate of Title to a 1961 Ford
Falcon sedan, Manufacturers Number 1HllU125641, Pennsylvania
Title Number Dl43585777, to and in the name of Leah E. Fuller and
the Aetna Life Insurance Company is directed to make payment of
$500.00 on its policy on the life of WILL,IAM LEWIS FUI.LER, decease
to the said Leah E. Fuller, and the Bankers Trust Company is hereb
directed to deliver annuity check due to WILLIAM LEWIS FULLER in
the amount of $23.57 to said Leah E. Fuller.
