PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE p.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of Katherine Maliq respectfully represents:

That she is the widow of Fatti Maliq,who died intestate on
June 20,1967;a resident of California Borough,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,leaving to survive him your petitioner,his wife,and a son aged 13,
James Maliq.

That the decedent and your petitioner were married on July 18,
1953,at West Pike Run Township, Washington County,Pennsylvania,and your
petitioner was a member of the decedent's household at the time of his death.

That no letters have been granted on the decedent's estate and the
sole asset on his estate is an award under Title II of the War Claims Act of
1948 in the amount of One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars.

That your petitioner claims the above award in the amount of
One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars as her family exemption under Section 211
of the Fiduciary Act of 1949.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court to set aside
the said award under Title II of the War Claims Act of 1948 in the amount of
One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars to her as her family exemption under Section
211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949.
