UNDER SECTION 541 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949

The Petition of Harold W.DeWitt,Administrator of the
Estate of the above-named decedent,respectfully represents:
1.That Jean Coneby,deceased,late of Chartiers Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,died intestate on January 13,1968,
leaving to survive her as her sole heirs-at-law:Alice Mazachowsky,
niece;Betty DeWitt,niece;LaVerna Culpepper,niece;Nancy Gossett,
grandniece;and Wayne Gossett,grandhephew.
2.The heirs of said decedent renounced their rights to
administer on the said Estate in favor of Harold W.DeWitt.The
decedent died seized of the following described real estate:
ALL those certain two lots of ground lying side by
side and situated in Meadowlands,Chartiers Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,known and designated as
Lots Nos.73 and 74 1n the Hallam Addition to Meadowlands,
said Lots Nos.73 and 74 being more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern side of the Old
Pittsburgh Pike at corner of Lots Nos.72 and 73;thence
along said Pike North 140 18'East 60 feet to the corner of
Lot No.75;thence along the line of Lot No.75 South
75 0 42'East 150 feet to Alley "A";thence along Alley "A"
South 140 18'West 60 feet to the corner of Lot No.72;
thence along the line of Lot No.72,North 75 0 42'West 150
feet to the place of beginning,on which is erected a one
story frame dwelling house.

3.The decedent died seized of personal estate appraised
at a value of $2900.40,as appears from the Inventory and ~ppraise
ment on file in this Estate,and realty of the value of $3,000.00.
4.Your petitioner has the opportunity to sell and convey
said real estate to Harold M.Berg and Ann C.Berg,his wife,for the

5.There are attached hereto as Exhibits "An and "B"the
affidavits of two responsible persons familiar with real estate
values,in which they set forth that the proposed selling price of
said real estate aforesaid,is a fair and equitable price and a price
higher than might be obtained at a public sale thereof.
6.Your petitioner heretofore filed a bond with the Register
of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania,in the amount of
$5,000.00,said bond having been issued by United States Fidelity
and Guaranty Company.
7.The bond aforesaid is more than ample to protect ,the
interest of all parties concerned in the Estate,insofar as the value
of the real estate to be sold as aforesaid is concerned.
8.All debts of the Estate have been paid,with the
exception of the Inheritance Taxes and costs of administration.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner,showing as aforesaid,prays
that your Honorable Court enter a Decree dispensing with the
necessity of filing further security in connection with the proposed
