respectfully represents:

That the decedent,MARCELL HAR'lZELL,JR.,died intestate on

June 5,1961,a resident of Marianna,Washington County,Pennsylvania.

That no Letters of Administration have been granted or applied
for.

That the only heirs at law of the decedent are ELLA MARIE COEN,
MARTHA RIGGS,and ALBERTA MILLER,and the sole asset in the estate is the
check from the Estate of Marcell Hartzell,deceased,in the amount of

That yom'petitioners paid the funeral bill fram their personal
funds and inasmuch as there are no other debts or assets in said estate your
petitioners request yom'Honorable COm't to direct distribution of said
funds to your Petitioners as restitution and repayment by them for the
advancement of said funeral bill in accordance with the Act of March 10,
1959,P.L.,1450,Section 1.
