LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I.JOHN KALINA.of Washington County.Pennsylvania.
being of sound mind and disposing memory.do hereby make.publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.in manner and form
following.hereby revoking any Will or Wills heretofore made by me.
FIR ST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be
after my decease and that my funeral be conducted in a manner
corresponding"with my estate and station in life.
SECOND:I give•.devise and bequeath to each of my
three step-children.namely.John Malik.Margaret SIeash and Tom
Malik.their heirs and assigns.the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty ($750.00
Dollars in cash.
THIRD:All the rest.residue and remainder of my
estate.real.personal or mixed.of what nature or kind soever.and
wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my decease.I give•.devise
and bequeath to my daughter.Mary Kalina Oliverio.her heirs and
assigns forever.abso}utely.
FOUR TH:I nominate.constitute and appoint my daughter
Mary Kalina Oliverio.Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament;
and.direct that she not be required to give bond or security in the

performance of her duties.
FIFTH:In the event that my Executrix requires legal
services.I direct my Executrix to retain Edward V.Sciainanna.Esq.•
as the attorney for my estate.

to sign my own name,have affixed my mark hereto.as and for my
signature to this Will,and have requested Mary Kalina.Oliverio,of
the City of ~Nashington.Washington County,Pennsylvania.to insc'tibe
