AUDIT PETITION
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
AND NOW comes the Accountant,Mildred I.Reno,guardian and
respectfully sets forth that:
1.Your Petitioner was appointed Guardian of the Estate of
Jill Ilene Lungren,a minor,by Decree of your Honorable Court"
dated July 3,1963.The parents of the said minor are both
deceased,and the person in low parentis is your Petitioner,the
maternal aunt of the minor.
2.The minor became twenty-one years of age on February 3,
1968,hence the guardian filed her account.
3.Personal notice by the guardian and counsel was given to
the minor and her husband,both by letter and directly,with the
notice of filing the account having been given on the 16th.day
of February,1968 and the notice of Audit on AN.w~~~~,1968.~
Said minor did wed Louis Novak on March 25th.,196'/and he is her
husband.
4.There are no special facts raising questions for adjudicat on.
5.There are no known creditors.
6.Your petitioner proposes to distribute all of the estate
directly to the minor who resides at Bethany,West Virginia.
7.There is attached hereto a certificate of the former
minor setting forth that she has examined the account,and is
satisfied therewith and requesting confirmation thereof by the
Court.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays for a Decree of Distribution
confirming the account and approving the proposed distribution.
AND she will every pray,etc.

according to law deposes and says that the facts set forth in
the foregoing petition are true and correct.
