REAL ESTATE UNDER SECTION 543 OF THE FIDUCIARIES
ACT OF 1949,AS AMENDED.
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
That the Petition of William Oliver Jacobs,Executor
of the Estate of Elsie E.Jacobs,deceased,is as follows:
1.The Decedent,Elsie E.Jacobs,died on the 18th
day of September,1967,and that William Oliver Jacobs was grante
Letters Testamentary by the Register of Wills of Washington
County,Pennsylvania,on January 18,1968.
2.The names and addresses of all parties in interest
under the Will are as follows:

3.That the only real estate owned by the Decedent at
the time of her death was the property proposed to be sold:a
two-story frame house located in the Borough of North Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,situate on part of Lot No.1,in
Block 13,of the Lock View Plan of Lots as laid out by the North
Charleroi Land Company in Plan Book Volume 2,Page 132,and more
specifically described in Deed Book Volume 963,Page 554 in the
Recorder's Office of Washington County,Pennsylvania.
4.No other real estate has been sold with or without
a Petition to your Honorable Court.
5.An official certificate of assessed valuation of
the property proposed to be sold is attached hereto as Exhibit "A~
A copy of the inventory as officially filed ~s included herewith
as Exhibit "B";the decedent's Will was filed with the Recorder
of Wills office of Washington County,Pennsylvania,and a copy
is attached hereto as Exhibit "C";and all of the decedent's
known debts are hereafter set forth in Exhibit "D".
6.Notice of the proposed sale shall be given by
publication in the Valley Independent and the Washington County
Reports,once a week for three (3)successive calendar weeks;
the form of said notices shall be substantially as the form
used in Exhibit "E".In addition,written notdce shall be given
by handbills which shall be posted on the real estate proposed
to be sold.Also,ten (10)days prior to the date fixed for
confirmation of the same,all parties in interest under the
provisions of the Will shall be notified of the proposed sale
and the date and time fixed for the sale.
7.The proposed purchasers are Charles H.Crow and
Sylvia A.Crow,his wife,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington
County,Pennsylvania;the purchase price is Seven Thousand,Five
Hundred and no/lOO ($7,500.00),Dollars to be paid in cash at the
time of the closing of said sale,and that such price is greater

than can be obtained at public sale.
8.Attached as ;Exhibit "F"is the Affidavit of two (2)
competent persons who have inspected the realty to be sold,that
they are acquainted with the value of real estate in the locality
of such real estate,that they are not employees of the Fiduciary
nor personally interested in the proposed sale,and that in their
opinion the price to be paid at the proposed private sale is
greated than can be obtained at public sale.
9.That attached hereto as Exhibit "G"is the original
of the Agreement of Sale.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to fix a time for hearing thereon after due notice of publication
has been made arid that after said hearing that your Honorable
Court confirm the sale absolutely.

1.The said party of the second part agrees to pay
the sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred and no/lOO ($7,500.00)
Dollars as follows:Five Hundred and no/lOO ($500.00)Dollars

in cash on the signing of this Agreement (which sum shall be
forfeited to the said party of the first part as liquidated
damages in case of the default by the said party of the second
part in the terms of this agreement)and the remaining Seven
Thousand and no/100 ($7,000.00)Dollars is to be paid in cash
at the time of closing on this sale.Closing shall be within
thirty (30)days after the Washington County Orphans'Court
shall approve this sale.In the event the aforesaid court
