McMONAGLE,deceased NO._ PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE LESS THAN $2,500.00 AND ClAIM OF FAMILY EXEMPTION TO THE HONORABLE p.V.MARINO, PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT: The Petition of Regis D.McMonagle respectfully represents: 1.That the decedent is James L.A.McMonagle,who, during his lifetime,resided in the Borough of California,Washing ton County,Pennsylvania. 2.That the decedent died of natural causes on December 14,1967,at Montefiore Hospital,City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County,Pennsylvania. 3.That the decedent,during his lifetime,was seized of the following personal property which compose the sole asset of his estate: U.S.Savings Bonds (See list attached hereto) $1,069.67 4.The decedent died testate,.1eaving a Last Will and Testament,duly probated on February 14,1968,in the Register of ·, Wills Office in and for Washington County,Pennsylvania,at Will Book No.105.A photocopy of said Last Will and Testament is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 5.The decedent died married to Burnesse McMonagle and leaving to survive him the said Burnesse McMonagle and two sons,namely,James C.McMonagle and Regis D.McMonagle,both of whom are sui juris. 6.The,decedent and Burnesse McMonagle were married on the 12th day of ~J~u~l~y ,19~,and continuously reside together until the date of the decedent's death both within and without the County of Washington,the latest residence being 129 Liberty Street,Borough of California,Washington County,Pennsy1- vania. 7.There are no outstanding debts of any nature due and owing which have not been paid by the said Burnesse McMonagle, and all of the expenses of the funeral have been paid.($1,038.00) 8.That the said Burnesse McMonagle is the only person entitled to share in the family exemption under the Fiduciary Act of 1949 as amended;that it is unnecessary to have said asset appraised and valued.
