DOLLARS UNDER ART.II,SEC.202.0F THE FIDUCIARIES
ACT OF 1949,P.L.512,66,AS AMENDED
The Petition of Martha Abraham respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the widow of Joseph
Abraham,Deceased.
2.That the residence of the decedent was Fredericktown,
Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the decedent died January 24,1968,at
Millsboro,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and was seventy-four
(74)years of age.A family relationship was maintained between
your petitioner and the deceased until the time of his death.
4.That your petitioner has not applied for Letters of
Administration and does not intend to apply for letters and no
other person has applied for Letters of Administration to the
knowledge of your petitioner.
5.That the estate of the decedent is composed entirely
of a checking account in the amount of $1,802.00 in the First
National Bank located in Fredericktown,Washington County,
Pennsylvania.
6.That the decedent left to survive him,the following
heirs:

and assert a claim for the share of the estate of the decedent.
7.That your petitioner is sui juris.
8.That the only creditor of the estate of the
decedent is as follows:

$1,103.50
9.That this petition for settlement is made pursuant
to the provisions of Art.II.Sec.202 of the Fiduciaries Act of
1949,P.L.512,as amended,as Joseph Abraham,deceased,
domiciled in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,in the County of
Washington,and leaving an estate composed of a checking account
of a gross value not exceeding Twenty-five Hundred ($2,500.00)
Dollars.
10.That this Petition is also a Petition for Family
Exemption requesting that the balance of the money after payment
is made to the Frank Bur~us Funeral Home be paid to her as her
family exemption.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to enter a Decree of Distribution of the checking account
located in the First National Bank of Fredericktown in the
amount of $1,802.00 without further notice or with such notice
as your Honorable Court may deem necessary and without grant of
letters testamentary.

the foregoing Petition for settlement of an estate
Twenty-five Hundred ($2,500.00)Dollars and for family exemption,
having been present in open Court and upon consideration thereof
and upon motion of George K.Hanna,Esq.,Attorney for the
Petitioner,it is ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the cash
in the amount of One Thousand Eight Hundred and Two and no/100
($1,802.00)Dollars shall be distributed in the following manner:
TO:Martha Abraham,the sum of One Thousand One Hundred Three
and 50/100 ($1,103.50)Dollars to be applied to the payment of
the funeral expense and the balance of Six Hundred Ninety-eight
and 50/100 ($698.50)Dollars to be paid to Martha Abraham as
her family exemption and the First National Bank of Frederick-
town,Pennsylvania,is requested and authorized to distribute
said amounts to Martha Abraham as decreed.
