Honorable Court as follows:
1.That Betty H.King"the wife of the Petitioner and mother of the
minor died on June 2"1967 a resident of R.D.#6"Box 209"Washington"
Washington County"Pennsylvania.
2.At the time of her death she was acting as custodian for
Arthur T.King"Jr.in accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania
Uniform Gifts to Minors Act (20 P.S.Section 3601)eb,seq-;)of the following
securities;three (3)shares of Allegheny Power System Inc.and three (3)
shares of Tenneco Inc.
WHEREFORE"your Petitioner requests this Honorable Court to
-,appoint a successor custodian of such securities.
