Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington,in rhe Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
the last Will and Testament of Louis Bodnar,Sr.,.
late of West ~ike Run Township in the County aforesaid,deceased,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed),was duly admitted to probate;and
Alex Debreczeni
the Executor III said Will and Testament named,having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW,THEREFORE,I,Josephine M.Douglas . ,Register as aforesaid,do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said
Alex Debreczeni
committing unto him the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels,rights and credits,which were of said dece~sed,and requiring him
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office,at Wa!shington,within ninety
days from the date hereof,and to render a just and true account of s'aid administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof,and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do make and pUblish this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I hereby direct that my debts and funeral ex-
penses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease,and my Executor
hereinafter named is directed to purchase a headstone to be placed
upon the grave for mTse1f and my deceased wife,Esther.
')SECOND:I hereby give,devise and bequeath unto Steve
Bodnar the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my said
estate,real,personal and mixed,wherever situate,whether vested or
contingent,I give,devise and bequeath unto Louis Bodnar,Jr.and
John Bodnar,share and share alike.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate and appoint Alex Debreczeni
to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament and he to
serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,LOUIS BODNAR,SR.,the Testator,
have to this my will written on one sheet of paper,set my hand and
seal this 18th day of February ,1963.
