in place of decedent, and on April 20th, 1967, the said Court ordered that
Betty Holloway, who qualified as Administratrix of the Estate of Tiletha A.
Reynolds, deceased, be substituted in her place as Defendant.
This action was settled and your Petitioner received the sum of
$1,045.00 as Administratrix of the Estate of Hattie Howard, Deceased, this
amount being the net proceeds of the settlement after payment of attorney's
fees and cost of procuring hospital records of decedent. The settlement was
approved by the Court of Common Pleas at No. 389 September Term, 1966, A.D.,
following Petition for Permission to Compromise filed by the Administratrix; a
copy of said Order is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B".
No wages were paid to the Petitioner or anr other person under the
provisions of Section 201 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949, as amended.
The personal property held by your Petitioner as Administ~atrix is in
the form of cash and is subject to a claim for family exemption on behalf of
the three children of the decedent who resided with her at tte time of her
death.
6. Your Petitioner has made no ··inquiry concerning unpaid creditors, it
being apparent that the expenses of administration and the family exemption
claim vlill exhaust the assets of the estate.
7. Your Petitioner proposes that the personal property in her hands be
distributed in the following manner:
Arnold W. Hirsch, Repay cost of Letters and Bond,
Thelma V. Sanders, Administratrix' Commission,
Arnold W. Hirsch, Attorney's fee for settlement of small

Thelma V. Sanders, Guardian of James Howard, in partial
settlement of family exemption claim,
