PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT'OF
SMALL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE P. V. MARINO,
PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Jane Gobert Labrasca,, respectfully
represents;
1. The name of your Petitioner is Jane Gobert
Labrasca, who resides in the Borough of Dunlevy, Washington County
Pennsylvania.
2. The name of the decedent is Eugene J. Gobert,
who died of natural causes at his former residence in the Borough
of Dunlevy, Washington County, Pennsylvania, on September 1, 1967.
He was a citizen of the United States.
3. The decedent died intestate, leaving to survive
him a daughter, your Petitioner, Jane Gobert Labrasca, and a son,
Eugene Gobert, both of whom are of the age of twenty-one (21),
and there are no other heirs. Their addresses appear:

4. Both of the above are adult persons and
citizens of the United States.
5. The decedent died seized of no:·interest in any
real estate b~t having the following assets in personalty:
(a) $111.20 due from the Social Sec~rity Adminis-
tration which the said Social Security Administration has refused
to pay except upon appointment of legal represent~tion. Copy of
letter of Social Security office to Mrs. Jane Labrasca is attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
6. All expenses, including the payment of the
funeral expenses, have been paid and assumed by your Petitioner
and her brother, Eugene Gobert; and the said expenses are much
greater than the amount of money owed by Social Security.
7. There has been no request filed for family
exemption and there will be none filed.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays your Honorable
Court under the authority of the Fiduciary Act of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania and its amendments thereto to decree a distribu-
tion of the assets of the estate and to authorize the said Social
Security Administration to pay the said amount of $111.20 to your
Petitioner, Jane Gobert Labrasca.

AND NOW, the
petition for settlement of small estate the
Fiduciary Act of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and upon motion
of Lloyd W. Woodward, Attorney at Law, it is hereby ordered and
decreed that the Petitioner, Jane Gobert Labrasca, be authorized,
directed and empowered by virtue of this decree of the court to
receive the Social Security in the amount of $111.20; further,
that the said amount be paid to Jane Gobert Labrasca as her own
property and settlement by virtue of her having paid or assumed
the debts of the decedent as listed in the pe~ition, without
administration or letters testamentary thereon being taken out
but, ,with the same effect that a Decree of Distribution would
have after an accounting by a personal representative.
