DECREE
AND NOW this Z--day of ~{?, 1968 upon ---
consideration of the annexed Petition and pursuant to the
provisions of Section 202 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949 as amended,
the following assets of the Estate of John Joseph Kendrick,
deceased:
1. Cash on deposit, Corning Glass Co.
Federal Credit Union, A.cct #1194 $1,065.51
2. 1964 Two door Chevrolet Cope
Manufacturers #418474104087 having
a value of $1,000.00 1,000.00
are awarded and directed to be distributed to Mary ~~I. Kendrick in
reimbursement of funds advanced by her to pay debt.s owed by
decedent's estate in the aggregate sum oi $·2,065.51, being the
total assets of the Estate and constitutes a partial reimbursement
to her.
Payment and distribution are so decreed and the said
Mary M. Kendrick is authorized to make all transfers, withdrawals,
and/or assignments necessary to effect such distribution to
herself individually.

PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION
IN AN. ESTATE NOT EXCEEDING $2500.00
TO THE HONORABLE THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition o£ Mary M. Kendrick.respect£ully
represents:
1. That she is the widow of the decedent John Joseph
Kendrick, who died on December 23rd., 1967 a resident o£ Charleroi,
Wa~hington County, Pennsylvania withhis principal residence
address being 718 Lookout Avenue, Char~eroi, Pennsylvania.
2. That the said John Joseph Kendrick'died int~state,
surviv~d by his widow, Mary M. Kendrick and his d~ughter Eunice
Kendrick and no other children or issue of deceased children.
3. That both your Petitioner and"the dau~hter, Eunice
Kendrick, are sui juris and reside at 718 Lookout Avenue, Charlero ,
Pennsylvania. They resided in:the same household with the
decedent at the time of his death and your Petitioner is entitled
to the Family Exemption.
4. That the Estate of the said John Joseph Kendrick
consisted entirely o£ personal property and does not exceed the
sum of $2500.00 having a total value of $2,065.51 and consists
specifically of:
(a) Cash on deposit, Corning Glass Company,
Federal Credit Union, Account #1194 $1065.51
(b) 1964 Two door Chevrolet Cope
Manufacturers #418474104087 having
a value of $1,000.00
TOTAL
$1,000.00
$2,065.51
5. The decedent had no salary, wage or accrued pension
payments due him at the time of his death.
6. That no administration has been raised upon the
estate of the said John Joseph Kendrick~ deceased.
7. That the decedent was not indebted to anyone at the
date of his death and your Petitioner paid the following expenses
of his last illness and burial as follows:

Grave opening
Nurses Hegistry, Special Duty Nurses
Dr. Alan c. Dent, Medical care

There are no other creditors or parties interested in decedent's
estate of whom the Petitioner has knowledge.
8. That your Petitioner has filed with the Register of
Wills for Washington County a true and correct report and appraisa
of the assets of which the decedent died possessed together with
a statement of Debts and Deductions both of which have been
approved by the appraiser for the Commonwealth.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court
t6 direct distribution to her in accordance with the provisions
of Section 202 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949 as amended.
AND she will ever pray.
