as follows:

1. The petitioners, C.Garey Dickson,Jr., and Mary Jane
Dickson, are individuals who reside at 73 Morgan Avenue,Washingt<n,
Washington County,Pennsylvania
2. Betz Jane Dickson, a minor child, is an individual
whores±des with her·parents and natural guardians, C.Garey
Dickson,Jr. and Mary Jane Dickson, at 73 Morgan Avenue,Washingtoz ,
Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3. The said minor child was born on May 9,1948, and at
the present time is nineteen (19) years of age.
4. The petitioners, c.Garey Dickson,Jr. and Mary Jane
Dickson, have no interest in this proceeding.
5. The said minor child,Betz Jane Dickson, is entitled
to receive the sum of Ten Thousand and no/100 . ($10 ,000.00)
Dollars, which will be paid to the guardian to be appointed by
your Honorable Court in settlement and compromise of a suit
entered against Richard Rackley, at No. /t.1 ~Term,
. 196J,A. D. ,in the Court of Conunon Pleas of Washington County,

Pennsylvania, on account of injuries received by Betz Jane
Dickson, the minor herein.
6. There is no legal guardian to whom the defendant:· in
the above entitled action can make payment of the said fund
on behalf of the minor child.
7. The petitioners propose that your Honorable Court
appoint the MELLON NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY,Washington
Office, as guardian of the Estate of Betz Jane Dickson, a minor.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioners pray your Honorable Court
to appoint the MELLON NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST. COMPANY,Washington
Office,· as guardian of the Estate of Betz Jane Dickson, a minor.
