on the 25th day of October A. D. 19 67 , before me,
Josephine M. Douglas , Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting
Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington, in ~he Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
the last Will and Testament of Paul Krasowski
late of the tiorough of Canonsburg in the County aforesaid, deceased,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed), was duly admitted to probate; and
George J. Modrak
the Executor m said Will and Testament named, having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Josephine M.Douglaa , Register as aforesaid; do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY, unto the said
George J. Modrak
committing unto him the administration· of all and singular the goods and
chattels, rights and credits, which were of said deceased, and requiring him
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office, at Washington, within ninety
days from the date hereof, and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

Firat. I direct that an my juat debts and funeral expenses be furly paid and aatisfied, as soon

Second. I give and bequeath to my beloved friend, Frank Bellish,
all my furniture and household goods in my dwelling at 214 E. 'College
Street, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, as a token of appreciation for ser-
vices rendered and to be rendered by him.
Third~ I give and bequeath to my belov.ed friend, Edward Krawczyk,
my trunk and the contents therein, as a token of appreciation for ser-
vices rendered and to be rendered by him.
Fourth. The balance of my estate,, real, personal and mixed, in-
eluding my house and lot at 214·E. College Street, Canonsburg, Pennsyl-
vania, I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved friends, Anna Kurnafel
and John Kurnafel, her husband, as a token of appreciation for the
following services etc.: 1. Keeping my house clean; 2. furnishing me
