by reason whereof the power of granting administration thereof doth belong to me; I therefore, confiding
in your fidelity, do by these presents grant unto you these LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, here-
by committing unto you full power to administer the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were

of said deceased within this Commonwealth, you having taken and subscribed the oath of office pre-
scribed by law; requiring you to well and truly administer the goods and chattels, rights and credits,
which were of said deceased, and to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's
office, at Washington, within ninety days, and to render a just and true account of your administration
at the expiration of six months from the date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of

real estate described in Exhibit "A" was awarded to the
decedent, Michael E. Kurek, Mary Kurek Yankovitch and
John Kurek, in equal shares. In order to take the real

this estate, and should be deducted from each of the

said John Kurek died September 8, 19.5.5, and by is Will ated June 6,
19.5.5, of record in the Register of Wills Office in and or Washington
County, Pennsylvania, in Will Book devised the above lots
to Paul Kurek.
The said Paul Kurek died o January 28, 1961, intes-
tate. Letters of Administration in his estate w re grant d to Mary Kurek
Yankovitch June 16, 1961. On October 2.5, 1967, certifi ation of the said
real estate was recorded in the Office of the R corder o Deeds in and
for Washington County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Bo~k 1268, a.ge 452, awarding
a 1/3 interest in said real esta.te each to Mich el E. Ku ek, John Kurek
