on the ninth day of November A. D. 19 66 , before me,
Josephine M. Douglas , Register f~r th~ Probate of Wills and Granting
Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington, in rhe Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
the last Will and Testament of Thomas A. Popeck
late of City of Washington in th~ County aforesaid, deceased,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexeCl), was duly admitted to probate; and
Florence Patricia Popeck
the Executor m said \Vill and Testament named, having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Josephine M. Douglas , Register as aforesaid; do
grant these _LETTERS TESTAMENTARY, unto the said
Florence Patricia Popeck
committing unto her the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels, rights and credits, which were of said deceased, and requiring her
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Offic'e, at W a!shington, within ninety
days from the date hereof, and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and the seal
of said Office at Washington, this ninth
day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand
nine hundred and sixty-six.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, THOMAS A. POPECK, of 1180 Summerlea Avenue, Washington, Wash-
ington County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understand-
ing, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testa-
ment, in manner and form following, hereby revoking and making void any
will or wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct that ail my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND: IF my wife, Stella Popeck, survives me for a
space of one calendar month, then, but not otherwise, I give, devise
and bequP-ath all my real and personal estate to her absolutely, and
appoint her sole exec11trix of this, my Will.

In the event that she does not survive me for a
space of one calendar month, then the following pvovisions shall apply:
THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate,
real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever kind ana nature and whereso-
ever situate, to my daughter, Florence Patricia ~opeck, to be hers
absolutely.
FOURTH: I do hereby nominate and appoint Florence
Patricia Popeck as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, and
to serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, THOMAS A. POPECK, the Testator, have
to this my Will, written on two sheets of paper, set my hand and seal
this 30th day of July ' 1960.
