MARINO, PRESIDENT JUDGE AND NOW, this /3~ay of May, 1968, comes the Administratrix appointed in the above Estate~ Marie E. Mowery, and through her attorney~ alleges as follows: 1. The Petitioner is Marie E. Mowery and is duly appointed as Admipistratrix by the Register of Wills of Washington County, Pennsylvania on the 9th day of January, 1968. 2. On December 19., 1967, David A. Lytle, herein called the "decedent", died intestate domiciled at 420 Hillman Street, Monongahela, Pennsylvania. 3. On January 9, 1968, the Administratrix filed a bond in the "; amount of / dr P p-/ . with the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company as Surety. 4. At the time of his death the decedent owned real estate situate in the City of Monongahela, Washington County, Pennsylvania, more specifically described in Exhibit "A'' attached hereto. 5. One of the heirs at law, Harriet J. Toprani, of R. D. #1, Monongahela, Pennsylvania, has offered to purchase this real estate de- scribed in Paragraph 4 for the sum of Four Thousand and no/100 ($4, 000. The Petitioner requests that the filing of additional security be waived because the bond as originally filed is more than adequate to pro- tect the other heirs and creditors. 8. The parties interested in the proceeds of this real estate are he heirs at law, who have consented to the filing of this Petition but have not joined in its prayer. 9. The unpaid debts of the estate are the administrative costs and inheritance tax. 10. The Petitioner requests the court, pursuant to section 541 of Fiduciaries Act of April 18, 1949, P. L. 512, 20 P.
