KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, PATRICIA ANN TRINDER,
(now by marriage, Patricia T~inder Brookens), having attained the age

of and from Pittsburgh National Bank, my guardian duly appointed by the
Orphans' Court of Washington County, Pennsylvania, the sum of Six Thousand
Two Hundred One and 12/100 ($6,201.12) Dollars, being the amount awarded
me at No. 197 of 1968 of the Orphans' Court of Washington County, Pennsyl-
vania, in full satisfaction and payment of all claims which I have,or
might have, against my said guardian, and of all monies or property for
which it may be accountable, and I do, therefore, by these presents, remise,
release, quit-claim and forever discharge the said Pittsburgh National Bank,
and its successors, of and from the said guardianship, and of and from all
actions, suits, payments, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever, for or
by reason thereof.
