C. and submitted its resignation, whereupon your Honorable Court accepted said resignation and appointed Peoples First National Bank & Trust Company (now Pittsburgh National Bank) as Successor Trustee on May 14, 1954, at the same number and term of Orphans' Court. J. C. Swihart, the donor, died on November 15, 1954, leaving Wylie Swihart as the remaining life-tenant.
