MARINO, PRESIDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT: The petition of Mary Paulick respectfully represents: -1- That she is the widow of Andrew Paulick, who died on October 21, 1967, a resident of Charleroi, Washington County, Pennsylvania, leaving to survive him as his heir, your petitioner. -2- That the decedent and your petitioner were married at Charleroi, Pennsylvania, on June 17, 1924, and your petitioner was a member of the decedent's household at the time of his death. -3- That the only asset in the estate of Andrew Paulick is a claim agair t the employer of Andrew Paulick for Six Hundred Eighty-two and 09/100 ($682.09: Dollars, representing a claim for medical payment under automobile casualty insurance. , . ' ~4-.. Your petitioner claims the sum of Six Hundred Eighty-two and 09/100 ($682.09) Dollars as her family exemption under the Fiduciary Act as amended, 20 P. S. 320.211. WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays your Honorable Court to set aside the said sum of Six Hundred Eighty-two and 09/100 ($682.09/100) Dollars as her family exemption under the Fiduciary Act, aforesaid.
