TO THE HONORABLE, .PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT :
The petition of Transamerica Insurance Company, by John
E. Howe, respectfully represents:
1. That he is Resident Vice President, an
executive officer of the Transamerica Insurance Company.
2. That the said surety company is desirous of
qualifying to act as surety in the Orphans' Court of Washington
County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with Rule 1 (h) of said
Court.
3. That there is attached hereto and made a part
hereof, the Certificate of the Insurance Department of the Common-
wealth of Pennsylvania, evidencing its approval of the said surety
company to do business within this commonwealth.
4. That there is attached hereto and made a
part hereof a copy of the Financial Statement of the said company
as of December 31, 1966.
5. That there is attached hereto and made a
part hereof a Stipulation signed by the R~sident Vice-President
of said company, authorizing service upon the Clerk or a desig-
nated individual approved by the Court, in accordance with Rule 1,
Sec. (2) of said Court.

the Transamerica Insurance Company be approved by your Honorable
Court to act as surety in all matters arising in the Orphans'
