· I, SUSAN REBAR, of the Borough of Rosco=, Washington County,
Pennsylvania, do hereby make my Last Will and Testament and revoke all Wills
·heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct that the expenses of my ili!itess and funeral be paid
as soon as conveniently inay be after my dece(ise. I have heretofore
designated my sons, Andrew A. Rebar and John Reb-3.r as beneficiaries
in a dec:.th benefit certificate of the National Slovak S-)ciety in the sum of
One Thousand ($1, 000. 00) Dollars. I direct that my funeral expenses be
paid frcm the proceeds of such death benefit certificate as I have designated I . niy said two'-spns as beneficiaries in said certificate for such purpose.
SECOND: All the rr·est, residue and rerriainoer of my estate, real
and personal, I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Andrew A. Rebar,
h~s heir3andassigns.
THIRD: I nominate. constitute and appoint my son, Andrew A.
~ebar as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.

situate in the Borough of Roscoe, Washington County, Pennsylvania,
being Lot No. 6 and part of Lots No. 5 and 7 of Samuel Allen's
' Extension to Roscoe and more particularly described as follows:
FIRST: Part of Lot No. 5 and Lot No. 6
ALL that certain parcel of land in the Borough of Roscoe,
Washington County, Pennsylvania, being part of Lot Numbered 5 and
all of Lot Numbered 6 of the Samuel Allen's Extension to Roscoe,
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the southern line of Lynn Street,
which point of beginning is south 84• 00' west, 1.40 feet from the
dividing line between Lots Numbered 5 and 6 in said plan;
thence south 06° 00' east, 55.00 feet to a point;
thence north 84• 00' east 1.4p feet to the dividing line
between said Lots Numbered 5 and 6; 1
thence along said dividing line, south 06° 00' east, 95
feet to a point;
thence 84° OO! west, 50 feet to a point;
thence along Lot Numbered 7, north 06• 00' west, 150 feet
to the southern line of Lynn Street;

of Lot No. Seven (7) running from. Lynn Street to the Monongahela
River, and being a part of Samuel Allen's Extension to Roscoe, Pa.
BEING the same parcel of land which John Bendis, Sr., et
ux., ·by their deed dated July 24, 1920, and recorded in Deed Book
Volume 431, page 293, granted and conveyed to Mike Rebar.
The said Mike Rebar, a/k/a Maik Rebar was married to Suzi
Rebar (a grantee in Deed Book 1120, page 45), who died in 1918,
leaving to survive her Mike Rebar and Susan Conte, a daughter.
Mike Rebar married Susan Rebar, the within decedent, in 1919.
Mike Rebar died on May 29, 1946, and was survived by the following
Susan Rebar, the within decedent; Susan Conte, daughter; John
Rebar and Andrew Rebar, sons; Mary Chester and Anna Rebar, daughte s
Said Anna Rebar died intestate in 1956 leaving to survive her the
said Susan Rebar.
