Hoffmann, respectfully represents: 1. That Russell B. Sadler, residing at No. 731 East • Main Street, Monongahela, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and a citizen of the United Stated States of America, Commonwealth of ~ennsylvania, died intestate at Monongahela, Pennsylvania, on Ma,rch 22, 1967. 2. That Phoebe A. Sadler is the widow of the said decedent and maintained the family relationship with him at 731 II East Main Street, Monongahela, Pennsylvania, up to the time of hisl 11 death. !' I, 3. That the said Russell B. Sadler was not seized of 1 I any real estate at the time of his death; and the only personal 1 1 1 property of which he was possessed was a 1966 Chevrolet Sedan, 11 Manufacturer's Number 153116Fl76916, Title Number Al7868180, of 11! the value of $1450.00 as set forth in appraisement made by two ::~.dult persons familiar with the value thereof, hereto attached i ~ 1 !··. ::~.nd made a part hereof. 1 4. That the names and relationship and addresses of ~11 persons interes~ as heirs of the said Russell B. Sadler, deceased, and who would be entitled to share in the distribution of his estate are as follows: Phoebe A. Sadler, adult, widow of decedent, 418 West Main Street, Monongahela, Pennsylvania. Sadler, son, adult, New Eagle, Pennsylvania. James R. Sadler, son, adult, Donora, Pennsylvania. Laura L. Sadler, daughter, adult, Topeka, Kansas. Ruthetta Sadler, daughter, minor, age 15 years, Monongahela, Pennsylvania. Norma J. Sadler, daughter, minor, age 13 years, Monongahela, Pennsylvania. 5. That the $aid ~ussell B. Sadler died intestate and nq Letters of Administration have been_ granted upon his estate. 6. That your pet).,ti_oner has paid Lawson and Rabe, ! Donora, Pennsylvania, Undertakers, the· sum of $1330.00 for funeral! I expenses; Kurtz Monument Company, Monongahela, Pennsylvania, I I marker, $250.00; and Winfield Harding, Minister, $10.00; or a total of $1590.00; that the total amount of these expenses were paid by your petitioner from her own funds. 7. That your petitioner is the widow of Russell B. Sadler, deceased, and maintained the family relationship with him at 731 East Main Street, Monongahela, Pennsylvania, up until the time of his death on March 22, 1967. 8. That all persons interested in the estate have been notified of the presentation of this petition. 9. That Ruthetta Sadler and Norma J. Sadler are minor daughters of the decedent and reside with your petitioner in the City of Monongahela, Washington County, Pennsylvania, at 418 West Main Street in said City; and that the said minors have no a$sets in their own rights and no guardians have been appointed to represent said minors in this estate or otherwise whatosever. 10. WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays your Honorable Court to make a decree and adjudication to distribute the assets of the Estate of Rus~ell~B. Sadler, deceased, to Phoebe A. Sadler, on account of her Family Exemption and as partial reimbursement of the funds advanced by her in payment of the debts of the decedent and his estate. Sadler, deceased, consisting of One 1966 Chevrolet Sedan, Manufacturer's No. 153ll&Fl76916, Title No. ~17868180, be distributed to his widow, Phoebe A. Sadler, in kind, as partial reimbursement for funds advanced by her in payment of the debts of the Estate of Russell B. Sadler, deceased, pursuant to the pro- visions of Art~le II, Section 211, of the Fiduciar~es Act of 1949, P,L. 512, a::; amended; and a certified copy of this Decree shall constitute authority on the part of the said Phoebe A. Sadler to assign to assign the title to the said motor vehicle.
