That among the decedent's assets was a house and lots situate at 10 Zelt Avenue, North Franklin Township, Washing- ton County, Pennsylvania. 3. That your petitioner has received an offer from Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Armstrong to sell the property for $9,000.00, and attached hereto and made a part hereof is a letter of the Bennett Real Estate Agency stating that the price of $9,000.00 for said property is fair and reasonable and said purchasers will pay the additional cost of sewage.
