Joseph M. Massack, being the devisees of the real estate and
persoral property described hereinafter under the Last Wi I I and
Testament of the said Anthony Capozzi, a/k/a Antonio Capozzi
a}k/a Tony CapozziT deceased, do hereby elect to take the
fol lo~ing in kind at the appraised value that appears on the
Inventory and Appraisement that was filed in this estate:
