Livingood by his attorneys. Peacock, Keller & Yohe, respectfully represents: 1. The Petitioner is the parent of Eleanor Jean Livingood, a minor wl:o was born on February 25, 1961 and resides at 154 West Pike Street, Cc:nonsburg, Pennsylvania. 2. The minor's mother, Irene Mabel Schaefer, died on January 7, 1 E6 2, a resident of Washington County, Pennsylvania. 3. The minor is the sole heir of her maternal grandmother, Mabel Irene Schaefer, who died a resident of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania on March 11, 1962. 4. William lVI. Baker. the Administrator of the Estate of Mabel Irene Schaefer has filed his 11 Petition for an Order Requiring Additional S2curity" with the Orphans Court of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania at I\o. 1366 of 196 2 in which he requests permission to sell certain real estate helonging to the decedent for the sum of Four Thousand and no/100 ($4,000.00 Dollars. The balance for distribution to the minor will be substantially less t..1.an the sale price by reason of certain liens and administrative expenses. WHEREFORE the Petitioner requests this Honorable Court to atthori him as natural guardian for his child to receive such funds in or:der that distribution may be made of the proceeds of this estate. J;/day of January, 1968, William S. Livingood, parent of Eleanor Jean Livingood, is hereby authorized to receive funds on behalf of the minor not to exceed Two Thousand Five Hundred and no/100 ($2, 500. 00) Dollars and to execute as natural guardian any receipt or other approp- riate instrument necessary to receive such funds. Following the receipt of such funds William S. Livingood shall file an inventory with this Court and shall thereafter deposit the funds in a savings account in accordance with the further order of this Court. This decree shall constitute sufficient authority to all perso:1.s dealing with the property of the minor to recognize William S. Livingood as the person entitled to receive such property and shall in all respects have the same force and affect as an instrument ex- ecuted by a duly appointed guardian. ~ I r
