I, T. B. 'CARROLL, sometimes knmvn as THOMAS B. CARROLL and T.
BSRTRA'ND CARROLL, of the City of ffashington, Washington ~ounty, Pennsylvania,
do hereby make and pub:ish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
all Wills by me at any time heretofore made .•
ITEM 1: I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named shall pay
all of my just debts and funeral expenses.as soon as convenient after my
decease.
ITEM 2: · I give and devise unto my brother-in-law, Hovmrd C. Drar ,
all my right, title and interest in and to the property situate in the Eighth
"Hard of the City of Washington,. Washington County, Pennsylvania, knm1m as
236 McCarrell Avenue, formerly mvned by my wife's father, J. Clark Ewart.
ITEM 3: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of
whatever kind and Tlherever situate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife,
Mildred Ewart Carroll.
LASTLY: I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, Mildred
Ewart Carroll, as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, and in the
event that my said wife shall predecease me or be unable for any reason to
act, I name, constitute and appoint as Executor herein, my brother-in-law,
Hovrard C • Ewart.
IN VfiTNESS WHEREOF, I, T • B. CARROLL, the Testa tor , have unto
this my Last Will and Testament, set my harrl and seal this the f( {~day
of December, 1963.

PETITION FOR FAMILY EXE~~TION
TC THE HONORABLE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAI~ COURT:
The petition of Mildred E. Carroll, respectfully
represents:
1. That she is the widow of Thomas .B. Carroll
who died December 10, 1967, at Washington Hospital, Washington,
Pennsylvania, at the age of s,ixty-five (65) years. At the time
of his death, the said Thomas B. Carroll. resided at 23 6 McCarrell
Av:nue, Washington, Pennsylvania.
2. That your petitioner and the said Thomas B.
Ca.rroll were married November 26, 1934 at Wellsburg, West Virgini ,
ana re~ided continuously since their mar=iage.as man and wife
at 236 McCarrell Avenue, Wasl)ington,. ·Pen::1.sylvania.
3. That the said decedent executed his Last Will
and Testament dated December 26, 1963 . attached hereto, wherei
he bequeathed all of his property unto your petitioner.
4. That the estate of decedent consists of
fourteen (14) shares·of common stock of ':'he Columbia Gas System,
Inc. valued at $25.00 per share, having a total value of $350.00,
as represented by the following certificates:

5. That there are no creditors ·Of said estate and
that the burial expense of decedent in amount of $1099.75 has been
paid :by your petitioner to the Stewart Barnhill Funeral Home.
WHEREFORE, petitioner prays Youi Honorable Court under
Section 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949, amendments thereof
and suppla~ents thereto, to award, to her said personal property
on account of her family exemption.
