the sole asset of the above captioned estate is a right of action in trespass and
that said right of action has been settled for an anount which will yield the sum.
of Siix Hundred Fifty-Six and 78/100 Dollars ($656. 78) net to the above
decedent's estate,
IT IS ORDERED that Cleo Clark, Admini3tratrix of the Estate of
John J. Clark, Deceased, shall be entitled to receive the said net sum of Six

PETITION
TC· THE HONORABLE, JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of Cleo Clark respectfully represents that:
1. She is the widow of the late ·John J. Clark, who resided with your
pe1itioner at 111 Fifth Street in the Borough of Donora, Washington County,
Pe:1nsyl vania, prior to and at the time of his death.
2. The said John J. Clark died on August 25th, 1967.
3. Letters of Administration were granted to yoLr petitioner by the
Register of Wills of Washington County, Pennsylvania, on January 26th, 1968.
4. .At the time of his death decedent owned no pe:::-sonal property except
his right of action against First National Bank & Trust Company, R. J.
Strickler and Webami, Inc., and Herman J. Weiss, trading as Central
Pharmacy, for injuries received in an accident which ·occurred on January 30,
1966. Your petitioner filed a Complaint in Trespass entitled "Cleo Clark,
Administratrix of the E~.tate of John J. Clark, Deceased, Plaintiff, vs. Ffrst
National Bank & Trust Company, R. J. Strickler and Vlebami, Inc., and
Herman:. Weiss, trading as Central Pharmacy, Defendants, at No. 124
January Term, 1968, A. D., in the Court .of Common Pleas of Washington
Cot:nty, Pennsylvania. This action was settled prior io trial and your

petitioner received the sum of $656. 78 as Administratrix of the Estate of the
decedent; this amount being the net proceeds of the action after payment of
attorney's fees, costs and expenses of the decede:::tt.
No wages were paid to the petitioner or 2.ny other person under the
provisions of Section 201 of the Fiduciaries Act o: 1949, as amended.
:J. The total personal property now in the hands of the Administratrix
for C::i.stribution is $6 56. 7 8.

this amount was paid by your petitioner.
Attached hereto, marked Exhibit ''B", is a cancelled check of John J.
1 Clark and Cleo Clark, payable to Bianchi Monume:::tts, in payment for a grave
, marker; this amount was paid by your petitioner.
There are no unpaid creditors. of the decedent.
?. Petitioner is entitled to a family exemption of $1,000. 00 from the
estate of the decedent, as the surviving spouse of 1he decedent.
VlHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that the property described .in paragraph
4 abo·;re be awarded to her under the provisions of Sections 202 and 211 of the
