( Deceased ) PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE TO 'rHE HONOR.I\.BLE P. V. MARINO, PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT: The petition of Joan Karikas respectfully represents: 1. The decedent, Coleman Karikas, Jr. a/k/a Coleman J. Karikas, died on November 11, 1967, and he resided at Box 257, Avella, Washington County, Pennsylvania. 2. Your pe:bi tioner, whose address is Box 257, Avella, Pennsylvani ,. is the widow of the decedent, and on the day of tho decedent's death she formed a part of decedent's household. 3. The decedent died, intestate, and no letters of administration were granted, and application for letters of administration will not be made. 4. The said decedent left him surviving the following persons entitled to share in his estate: Name Jeah Karikas Karen Hinnerman Jean Kay Karikas Erma Kristine Karikas Relationship Widow Daughter Daughter Daughter Age Address Box 257, Avella, Pa, 23 Fairmount, W. Va. 19 Box 257, Avella, Pa. 8 Box 257, Avella, Pa 5. The person entitles to the family exemption, Jean Karikas, you petitioner, who resided with the decedent and formed part of his household at the time of his death. 6. The property of the decedent consists of wages for pay period ending November 11, 1967 at Weirton Steel Division of National Steel Corporation, Weirton, W. Vir.ginia in the amount of $305. 94; there will also be due 1968 vacation pay in an undetermined amount WHEREFORE, petitioner respectfully prays that your Honorable Court direct distribution of the wages in th~ amount of $305.94 and the 1968 vacation pay when it is due, to her as family ex- emption and reimbursement for expenses paid. Karikas, deceased, from Weirton Steel Division of National Steel Corporation in the amount of $305.94 be paid to Jean Karikas, and that 1968 vacation pay due decedent from Weirton Steel Division of the National Steel CorporEtion be paid to J~an Karikas when it is payablo , all as part of family oxemption and as reimbursement for expenses paid. p.
