MARINO, President Judge of said Court: The petition of RALPH DOMENICK respectfully represents: 1. That your petitioner, Ralph Domenick, who resides at R. D. #1, Belle Vernon, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, is the son of Diletta Domenicucci. 2. That the said Diletta Domenicucci died August 20, 1967, a resident of 1111 Chess Street, Monongahela, Washington County, Pennsylvania. 3. That no letters of administration had been applied for, nor does any me~ber of the immediate family including your petitioner intends to apply for letters of administration. 4. That there are no known assets of said Diletta Domenicucci's estate. which require administration. 5. That the said Diletta Domenicucci do~s have a safety deposit box in the Western Pennsylvania National Bank, Monongahela Office, Monongahela, Washington County, Pennsylvania, numbered 254 and registered in her name alone. 6. That during the lifetime of said Diletta Domenicucci your petitioner had power of attorney from his mother for the purpose of access to said safety deposit box. 7. That the said Ralph Domenick desires to cancel the safety deposit box contract but is unable to do so since the box is in the name of his deceased mother. WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays for an appropriate order of Court permitting the cancellation. of said safety deposit box contract. I I Monongahela Office, Monongahela, Washington County, Pennsylvania, together with Ralph Domenick and a representative of the Transfer Inheritance Tax Division of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are hereby authorized to open said safety deposit box .and list the contents therein, and authority is granted to cancel the safety deposit box contract. It is further ORDERED that if any assets of decedent are found therein which require the payment of transfer inheritance tax to the Commonwealth, that the same will be properly done by a duly qualified admir:istrator of Diletta Domenicucci's estate and that the said Ralph Dome:1ick will turn over any assets found therein to said adminish:ator . . ~ '
