The Petition of J.ALBERT JOHNSON,surviving executor,
respectfully represents:-

That Elizabeth'J.Wingett died testate on October 15,
1967 and Letters Testamentary were issued on her estate by the
Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania to Chauncey
S.Jones and J.Albert Johnson on,October 25,1967.

That under the terms of the codicil dated December 5,
1963 and duly probated with the decedent's Will,your petitioner,
toge.ther with Chauncey S.Jones were nominated as co-executors
of her Last Will and Testament without any provision for substitu-
tion in the event of the death of one of the co-executors.

That on December 23,1967 Chauncey S.Jones died
testate and Letters Testamentary on his estate were issued to
William E.Jones.

That during the period from October 25,1967 until
December 28,1967 the date of death of Chauncey S.Jones,your
petitioner has taken charge of the administration of the estate
and will continue to do so.

That your petitioner believes that it is not necessary
for the personal representative of the Estate of Chauncey S.Jone
to render any accounting for the period of time from October 25,
1967,the date of the grant of Letters,and December 28,1967,
the date of death of Chauncey S.Jones since the said Chauncey S.
Jones did not actively engage in the administration of the above
estate.
WHEREFORE,your petitioners pray your Honorable Court
to enter a Decree authorizing your petitioner,to complete the
administration of the above captioned estate and to relieve
William E.Jones,Executor of the Estate of Chauncey S.Jones

from making any accounting as co-executor of the"Estate of
Elizabeth J.Wingett.

eration of the within petition and upon motion of Bloom,Bloom
Rosenberg and Bloom,attorney~for the petitioner,it is hereby
ORDERED,ADJUDGED and DECREED that J.Albert Johnson is authorize
to complete the administration of the above estate and further
that William E.Jones,Executor of the Estate 'of Chauncey S.Jones
be relieved from any accounting on behalf of Chauncey S.Jones,
deceased,co-executor of the Estate of Elizabeth J.Wingett.
