The Second paragraph of decedent last will and testament bequeathed to son,
Donald R.Koehler,all decedent'tS right,title and interest in and to his medical practice,
together with all his right~title and interest in and to the equipment,personal property,
and furnishings in and about his .office.Decedent for a number of years prior to his
death was an invalid and did not practice his profession.At the time of his death he had
no medical practice,and no office equipment1 personal property or office furnishings.
The fourth paragraph of decedent1s will made provision for expenditure for
college education of his daughter,'Jane L.Koehler,who was in college at the time of
the execution of the will.The ,said Jane L.Koehler,who is now Jane L.Kemp,left
college and was married many years prior to the death of decedent.
The fifth paragraph of decedentts will made provision for contribution for the
support of his parents,Roman E ..Koehler and Jennie Koehler,if they:vvere living at
the time of decedent1s death.Decedentts moth.er,Jennie Koehler,died on 1/29/1962
1962,prior to date of decedent.Decedentts fatherl.Roman E.Koehler,died on 8/29/67,

'Roman E.Koehler was a resident in the Masonic Home at Elizabethtown,Pennsylvania,
