TO THE HONORABLE,THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The petition of Luoian A.Spriggs,respeotfully repre-
sents:
1.That John B.Spriggs,late of South Strabane Townshi ,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,died on the 14th day of July,
1964,Intestate,and Letters of Administration were granted on his
estate to your petitioner by the Register of Wills of Washington
County,Pennsylvania,on July 29,1964.
2.That the said Luoian A.Spriggs qualified as Adminis-
trator of said estate by filing his Surety Bond in the sum of
$1,000.00 with the United states Fidelity and Guaranty Company.
3.That the following is a full·desoription of the real
estate proposed to be sold to Commeroial Land &Development Cor-

owned by the decedent at the time of his death.

giving the fair market value of the property proposed to be sold
at the value of $16,500.00.
