PETITION TO FIX SECURITY IN SALE OF
REAL ESTATE BY ADMINISTRATOR
TO THE HONORABLE,THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Mario Magnone,Administrator of the
Estate of Guiseppe Pulice,a/k/a Guiseppe Joseph Pulice,a/k/a
Giuseppe Pulice,respectfully represents:
1.That Guiseppe Pulice,a/k/a Guiseppe Joseph Pulice,
at Weirton,West Virginia
a/k/a Giuseppe Pulice,died intestate/on April 15,1964,and that
on May 5,19(4,your petitioner was duly appointed by Clerk
County Court,Hancock County,West Virginia,an exemplification
of which was filed in the office of the Register of Wills of
Washington County,Pennsylvania,July 8,1964,in Bond Book 60,
page 304-A,number 929.
2.That your petitioner has entered into an Agreement
to sell the only real estate owned by the said Guiseppe Pulice,
a/k/a Guiseppe Joseph Pulice,a/k/a Giuseppe Pulice,being a
house and lot situate in the Seventh Ward of the City of Washing-
ton,Washington County,Pennsylvania,for the price or sum of
$4,000.00,a copy of said Agreement of Sale being attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
3.That the Affidavit of two responsible persons,
familiar with real estate values,is attached hereto which sets
forth that the price at which the real estate proposed to be sold
represents the fair market value of said property.
