LAST WILL AND TESTAMENr
-I;'JOHN HALE,.of the Borough of Burgettstown,Washington,
~ounty,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this my Last Will
and Testament,--hereby revoking and making void any and all other Wills
by me heretofore made.
1.I give,devise and bequ~ath unto Kathleen Johnston,all
of my personal property-and my farm of 30 acres more or ~ss in Smith
Township,~ashington County,Pennsylvania.
2.All the'rest,residue and remainder of my e sta te,I give,
devise and bequeath,share and share alike,to such of my nieces and
.-..~nephews who are living at the date of my death.
3.I direct thatall inheritance taxes be paid _out of my
general e state.
4.I hereby appoint 'Samuel Goldfarb as Executor of this my
Lest Will and ~estament.

AND NOW,this 8th day of March,1968,comes Walter
Edwards and Margaret H.Edwards,his wife,by their attorney,
George K.Hanna,Esq.,and makes the following claim in the
above captioned estate:
1.That on September 30,1960,John Hale,the decedent,
executed a judgment note in favor of Walter and/or Margaret H.
Edwards in the amount of $2,640.00 with interest from September
30,1960,at the rate of three (3)per cent per annum.
2.That no payments were ever made on said judgment
note.
3.That a claim is hereby made for $2~640000~together
eith the three (3)per cent from September 30,1960.
4.Claim is made for a total of $312.42 for monies
expended in behalf of John Hale during the term of September and
October of 1961.

·Everything sold,per attached written consent of Kathleen Johnston,specific
legatee and devisee,and by necessity to pay administration expenses and preferred
claims.The amount received on the sale of the personal property bequeathed to
said Kathleen Johnston in paragraph 1 of the Will,as appears in the Inventory,
was $58.83,and the amount so received for the real estate devised to her in said

GUARANTEE:After compliance with the terms of this agreement on Buyer's part,Seller guarantees that the heating plant will warm all
rooms to which complete runs of pipe have been installed by Seller,provided proper fuel is furnished and Seller's instructions obeyed.Seller reo
serves the right to locate the healing plant,the piping,registers and grilles.In replacement installations,heating service is not guaranteed in rooms
where pipes or heat stacks are already installed in the premises,unless by a special notation attached to this agreement and made a part of the same.
If an Air·Conditioning Unit is included in this agreement,Seller does not guarantee to lower the room temperature.Seller does not guarantee to
remove smoke or odors.All new electrical apparatus,controls,motors,fans,thermostats,gas burners,oil burners installed hereunder are guaran·
teed against all defects in materials or workmanship for a term of one year from the date of this agreement.Seller further guarantees free service on
all new equipment installed hereunder for a term of one year from the date hereof.The Buyer must notify Seller in writing within a period of
one year from date of installation of the equipment specified hereunder,if the said heating plant fails to deliver the heating service guaranteed
under this agreement,or of any other violation of the Seller's guarantees.
Heating plants used in unfinished buildings and those u~ed before the installation is completed are used at Buyer's risk.Any extras not
included in this agreement shall be charged for at reasonable rates.Loss or damage to or destruction of the property covered hereby shall not
r"lease the Buyer from his obligations hereunder.
It is expressly stipulated and agreed that,in case of default in payment of any sum on account of principal or interest herein agreed to be
paid by Buyer,for the space of ten days after same shall become due and payable,then any attorney of any court of record of any of the States 01
the United States is hereby authorized and empowered by Buyer to "ppear for and <0 confe..judgment against Duyer for the principal sum payable
bereunder with interest (less credit for any payments made as herein agreed)with costs of suit and 10%added for collection fee,together with
release of errors,waiver of inquisition,with voluntary condemnation of real estate,without stay of execution,and the Buyer expressly waives any
and all exemption and homestead laws now in force or hereafter passed..
Interest at the highest legal rate may be charged on any monies not paid when due.Buyer acknowledges receipt of a true and complete copy
of this agreement.If any of the counter-parts of this agreement shall differ in any respect,the counter-part designated "General Office Copy"shall
be conclusive evidence of the agreement.This agreement is subject to acceptance by the General Office of the Seller at Holland,Michigan.
