PET.TTION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE,p.V.MARINO,
President Judge of Said Court:
The petition of BLOOM,BLOOM,"ROSENBERG &BLOOM,by
"Milton D.Rosenberg,Esq.,Attorneys for the Estate pf Joseph
Michael Longona,deceased,respectfully represents:
1.That Joseph Michael Longona died intestate on the
3rd day of October,1960,in Washington County,Pennsylvania,
and Letters of Administration on his estate were issued by the
Register of "Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania,to Michael
Longona,now deceased.
2.That the purpose for having Letters issued was to
pursue a civil action arisi~g out of the death of Joseph Michael
Longona.::

3.Such a suit was filed in washington County at No.
113 September Term 1961 A.D.and resulted subsequently in a
verdict for the defendant.

4.There were no assets in the said estate at the time
Letters were issued and since no recovery was made in the suit,
no assets have been added to the estate.
5.Michael Longona,to whom Letters of Administration,
were issued,has died inthe'State of california within'the last
three months and since there have never been any assets in the
Estate of Joseph Michael Longona it does not seem necessary to
appoint a successor administrator.
6.The purpose of this said petition is to close the
said estate and to satisfy the bonding company so that no further
premiums may be due on the administrator's bond.
7.Raquel Longona,widow and sole heir of~the decedent
Joseph Michael Longona,resides in New York City and has given
your petitioner authority to file this said petition.
8.This petition is presented in accordance with
Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 as amended.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to make an'Order closing the estate of Joseph Michael Longona
since there are no assets for distribution.

upon presentation of the within Petition in court anf(upon
hearing thereon,it is hereby ORDERED,ADJUDGED and DECREED
that the above captioned estate is closed for the reason that
no assets are contained in the said estate and it is further
ORDERED that no successor administrator need be appointed for
that reason.
