PETITION
The petition of DureII S.Pollock respectfully represents:
1.That he was appointed administrator C.T.A.of the
estate of Mary McC.Pollock,a/k/a Mary McConnell Pollock,
a/k./a Mrs.D.S.Pollock on May 2,1963 by the Register of Wills
of Washington County,Pennsylvania.Refer to Will Book Vol.
96,pages 306 and 306A for a record of the fiduciary's
appointment.
2.That on the 2nd day of May,1963 Durell S.Pollock as
principal and The Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York
as surety filed a bond in the amount of One Thousand ($1,000.00)
Dollars.
3.That Durell S.Pollock at No.332 of 1967 O.C.
petitioned the Court to fix the amount of additional security
required in order to make sale of real estate belonging to said
estate.
4.That the Court ordered the entry of additional security
in the amount of Eight Thousand ($8,000.00)Dollars on
September 27,1967.

5.That Durell S.Pollock as principal and the Fidelity
and Casualty Company of New York as surety filed said additional
bond in the amount of Eight Thousand ($8,000.00)Dollars on
September 27,1967.
6.That he filed an'Inventory and his Account in the
Register's Office on November 6,1967 and said account has been
duly adjudicated and confirmed absolutely by your Honorable
Court on May 1,1968.
7.That the entire estate has been distributed to the
Creditors and parties entitled thereto in accordance with the
said adjudication and Decree of the Court and no other property
belonging to the estate has been received or remains to be
accounted for by the fiduciary.
Therefore,petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to discharge him and his surety from the duties of his appointment.
