TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID
COURT:
The petition of WILLARD KEATING,Administrator of the
Estate of Charles Ben Gourley,a/k/a Charles B.Gourley,deceased,
respectfully represents:
1.That the petitioner is the Administrator of the estate of
the above decedent who died April 18,1967,late resident of Smith
-',
Township,Washington County,Pennsylva1nia,Letters of Administration
having been granted on May 26,1967,by the Register of Wills of
Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That the estate consists solely of cash in the amount
of $1,100.00,realized from the sale of a certain tract of land situate in
Smith Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,which was the subject
of a Petition to Fix Amount of Bond in re Sale of Real Estate Under
Provisions of Section 541 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 filed at No.354
of 1967,O.C.,and cash in the sum of $100.00 realized from the sale of
furniture in and about the premises.

3.That the decedent died intestate leaving to survive
him at his only heirs at law,a sister,Jeanette Keating,and two
nephews,John Leary and Dean Leary Bolen.
4.That annexed to this petition are:
(a)A copy of the Letters of Administration issued
by Josephine M.Douglas,Register of Wills,dated May 26,1967,to
Willard Keating,petitioner herein,and marked Exhibit "A".
(b)An account showing the administration and legal
distribution of the estate marked Exhibit "B".
5.That all the debts of the decedent,including the
funeral expenses,have been paid and there are no other claims against
the estate of the said decedent.
WHER EFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court I
in pursuance to the authority contained in Seetion731 of the Fiduciaries
Act of 1949,as amended,without filing an inventory and appraisement,
to confirm the account hereto attached and to discharge the said
petitioner from the duties of his appointment.
And he will ever pray.

Smith Township in the county aforesaid,lately died intestate
(as is affirmed),possessed of divers goods and chattels,rights and credits,within the said County,

by reason whereof the power of granting administration thereof doth belong to me;I therefore,confiding
in your fidelity,do by these presents grant unto you these LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION,here-
by committing unto you full power to administer the goods and chattels,rights and credits,which were
of said deceased within this Commonwealth,you having taken and subscribed the oath of office pre-
