CLAIM AGAINST ESTATE
Frank P. Zelt makes the following Claim in the above
entitled Estate:
1. Claimant resides at 422 East Prospect Avenue,
Washington, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
2. The decedent, Lillian B. Rettig, resided at

84 East Maiden Street, Washington, Washington County, Pennsylvani •
3. Lillian B. Rettig died on September 27, 1965.
4. From on or about January 1, 1960, until the
date of the death of the decedent, the Claimant performed certain
personal services for the decedent. Said services rendered by
the Claimant consisted of providing food and other necessities
for her and also performing certain services for the benefit of
the decedent's person, such as cooking, bathing, etc., and also
cleaning, repairing and performing other matters relating to the
maintenance, repair and up-keep of decedent's property.
Claimant alleges he is entitled to the sum of Fifteen
($l5.00) Dollars per week during the period hereinabove referred
to for the services rendered the decedent and her property.
