whom notice was directed to be given exc~pt,of COUrse, the coun1ty

'to the county was deemed to be necessary.
In addition to that notice which the Court direc ed
be given by the Court, the Court also informally directed me to
advertise so as to reach persons who might be heirs Or creditors
not named in the petition. We did proceed to advertise in accordar ce
with the Cour t's instructions in the Washington Observer Reportel
on July 29 and August 5,1970,and in the Washington County Reports
on August 6 and August 13,1970.And I am,also offering in evide lce
the fOrmal Proofs of Publication fOr those two advertisements.
This matter has been brought up because of th'e presSUre from the
funerci director who wants his money and who Probably is entitled..
to it and to whom it is ~overdue fOr a period of nearly three years
because this decedent died September 16;'1967.
There might be some question as to whether
$999.00 is Proportionate to an estate whose assets are a little les ~
than $1500.00.Mr.Showalter did agree to pay that bill and did dE tain
Mr.Alfieri who apparently had some connection with this family
way back.
THE COURT:
