LAST WILL AND TESrAMENT
I,Robert Lyle Cooke,also known as R.L.Cooke,of
Crosscreek Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of
sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and publish this
my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as can con-
veniently be done after my decease.
SE OND.11 the rest,residue,and remainder of my
estate of whatsoever kind and nature,I give to my wife and
children in the following proportions:
(a)To my wife,Louisa Cooke,the one-third (1/3)
part.
(b)To my son,Wayne Clark Cooke,the one-third (1/3)
part.
(c)To my son,Raymond Wells Cooke,the one-twelfth
(1/12)part.
(d)To my son,James LeRoy Cooke,the one-twelfth
(1/12)part.
(e)To my son,Leonard Lyle Cooke,the one-twelfth
(1/12)part.
(f)To my son,John Dinsmore Cooke,the one-twelfth
(1/12)part.
THIRD.My only interest in the machinery and live-
stock on the farm on which Wayne and I reside is a one-half
interest in the following:All livestock except a cow and a
calf belonging to Wayne and his son.Machinery as follows:
two (2)tractors,mowing machine,three (3)plows,tractor harrow,
cultipacker,hay bailer,hay chopper,lime spreader,manure
spreader,corn planter,feed mill,hay rake,grain drill,one
(1)garden tractor and attachments,one (1)1a ~nmower,milking
machine.The balanoe of the machinery and livestock belongs to
yne.
LASTLY.I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my
son,Raymond Wells Cooke,Executor of this my last Will and
Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Robert Lyle Cooke,the Testator
above named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my
seal,the I ~of June,A.D.1953.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above
named Robert Lyle Cooke as and for his last Will and Testament,
in the presence of us,who have hereunto subscribed our names
at his request as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said
