That I,ANNA HABE,widow,.of Hous ton
in the County of Washington and State of Pennsylvania.being of sound
mind.memory and und~rstanding.and considering the uncertainty of life.do hereby make.pub-
lish and declare this document to be my last ~ill anb ~e5tament,hereby revoking and making
void any and all other former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my debts and funiral expenses be paid by my Executor
hereinafter named.as soon as may be convenient.
SECOND:I ,give,devise and bequeath all my estate,real,personal and
mixed,to my beloved son,Ferdinand D.Habe.
NOTE:In the event of a common hazard wherein my beloved son,
Ferdinand,and I sustain death,it shall be presumed that my son
pre-deceased me;and,in such event,my entire estate is to be
divided among all my other children;and,my beloved son,Edward,
shall be the Executor of my estate.
AND LASTLY:---I do make.constitute and appoint Ferdinand D.Habe,- - - ---
