I,MARY W.CLARK,of Monongahela,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and
memory,do make,publish,and declare this my last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making void any will by me at
any time heretofore made,in manner and form following:
FIRST:I order and direct my Executor,hereinafter
named,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon
as conveniently may be done after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue,and remainder of
my estate and property,real,personal,and mixed,of whatsoever
nature and kind,and wheresoever situate,I will,give,devise,
and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Jane Clark,in fee simple
and absolutely.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute,and appoint Carl
J.Yohe,of Monongahela,as Guardian of the estate of my above
ro.

the time of my death,and also as Executor of this my Last
