I,Daniel J.Houlihan,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do make,publishmd declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as convenient after my death,and that my body be buried
in the Washington,Pa.,Cemetery beside that of my deceased wife,and
that my funeral and burial be similar to hers.
SECOND:All the rest and residue of my estate,real,personal
or mixed,and wherever situate,I give,devise,and bequeath to the
following organizations and persons in the following proportions:
(a)Three-sixths (3/6ths)of my residuary estate to the Washingto ,
Pennsylvania ~ranch of the American Cancer Society.
(b)Two-sixths (2/6ths)of my residuary estate to the Washington,
Pennsylvania ~ranch of the Heart Fund.
(c)One-sixth (I/6th)of my residuary estate to my two sisters,
Kathleen H.Grassi and Mary H.Lemon,and David Hamilton,son of
Ruth Hamilton,who#as a niece of my deceased wife,share and share
alike.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Graham P.
Cowieson,of the City of Washington,Penna.,Executor of this my Last
Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
