That 1,SHELDON R.HAZELBAKER ,of ROSCOE
in the County OJ WASHINGTON and State ofPennsylvania,being ofsound
mind,memory and understanding,and considering the uncertainty of life,do he'eby make,publish
and declare this my last 'WliU and '{testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts ~e paid by my Executor
hereinafter named,as soon after my decease as may be convenient.
I direct that my funeral expenses be paid by the bene-
ficiary of my life insurance policy or policies.
THIRD:
I give,devise and bequeath to my nephew,Robert Webb,
my boat,motors,and sporting equipment.
In the event that the said Robert Webb should precede
me in death,I direct that my nephews,James Webb and Richard
Webb,shall receive the above mentioned boat,motors,etc.,in
equal shares or all to the survivor.
FOURTH:
I give,devise and bequeath all money or monies in
bank in my name to my brothers,Frank Hazelbaker,William F.
Hazelbaker,Arniel Hazelbaker,and to my sisters,Bertha H.Webb
and Caroline Devine,share and share alike or in equal shares to
the survivors.
FIFTH:
I give,devise and bequeath to my sister,Ella H.Cox,
whose place of residence is unknown to me,the sum of $1.00 (One
Dollar),if her whereabouts can be determined.
SIXTH:
I give,devise and bequeath to my sister,Bertha Webb,
the remainder and residue of my property.
AND LASTLY.-I do make,constitute and appoint William F.Hazelbaker
to be Execut or ofthis my last Will and Testament.
