LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MARGARET CLEMENS,of Donegal Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and discretion,
making null and void any and all Wills which by me heretofore have
been made,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,to my brother,John Kelly,of R.D.#5,
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,absolutely.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint as Executor of
this my Last Will and Testament,my brother,John Kelly,of R.D.#,
Washington,,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,MARGARET CLEMENS,the Testatrix
herein,have hereunto set my hand and seal this
